Gregory Doomanis, President
I’ve been involved in the Mystery Shopping industry since graduating USC’s Marshall School of Business and the Food Marketing Management Program in 1980. I love to travel globally, whether as part of the Dynamic Advantage international consulting program or for personal pleasure. I enjoy fly-fishing in big rivers and recently began snow skiing and am currently pursuing an MBA at Woodbury University. I always look at life from the customer’s point of view. |

Stefan Doomanis, Vice President
I have always been an Entrepreneur at heart. I started my first business in high school and it escalated from there. I spent many years in businesses revolving around my hobbies of vintage cars and vintage furniture when my father’s mystery shopping business fully captured my attention. Since childhood I had been involved in it in some way, whether it was tagging along on shops with my father, going to industry conventions, or just working for him during school breaks. I’m passionate about the business my family started years ago, and feel inspired about continuing these traditions with Dynamic Advantage, Inc. While my hobbies still involve vintage cars, I really enjoy spending my extra time surfing (poorly). |

Cherie Doomanis, Vice President
Even before starting my career in the Mystery Shopping industry in 1992, my work experience was in customer service. Since entering the field, I have worked my way up from receptionist to now being an owner/partner of Dynamic Advantage, Inc., a route that has given me a well-rounded knowledge of the Mystery Shopping industry. In my spare time, I work on my continuing college education and I like to indulge in my interests in art history, whether it means getting to a museum or just perusing the local antique store. |

Joan Dalumpines, Human Resources Administrator
I have been in the Mystery Shopping industry since 1999 and am a founding employee of Dynamic Advantage. I enjoy coming to work at Dynamic Advantage every day, where I also have the flexibility to pursue my degree in Human Resource Management. I’m interested in music, movies, billiards, bowling, and will always be a fan of the 80’s (music and movies). I’m a sports fan as well and like to watch basketball whenever the Lakers are playing. |

Since entering the mystery shopping industry in 2001, I have risen from shopper to Quality Control Administrator at Dynamic Advantage, where I help ensure the quality of our reports to clients. I love watching hockey games, especially games with my two favorite teams, the Detroit Red Wings and the Colorado Avalanche. |
